"The hotel has a beautiful lobby and dining area. The pool was also beautiful. We found the staff to be very friendly and helpful, however, the service is not great at the bar or the dining room. I think that is the way of life here. We had no hot water on January 20, 2025 between 10 AM and 3 PM. However at 3 PM there was still no hot water.I I would recommend this hotel for anybody wanting to take an early flight out of the Punta Cana airport .Would stay here again definitely"
