"The apartment is beautifully decorated and of a high standard. The location was perfect for us - lots of shops and restaurants nearby as well as attractions. Bud and train station are also convenient although we didn’t use them. Paid parking lot is right across the street. Overall we loved it here !"

"The hotel was in a great location and the staff were really friendly. We parked at the Galleries car park which felt safe and secure. I’d mentioned when booking it was my husbands birthday and the team were great at making him feel special. We had a room upgrade to a top floor family room with great views of the city. "The most superb stay for my wife’s 60th. No16 oozes history. The period detail is exquisite. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The dining experience was excellent. The haute cuisine on the a la carte was a bit beyond my sons’ comprehension but my wife and I loved it. The hotel has charm and style and the best experience i have enjoyed."
