"Check in was easy and staff were very polite and friendly. We were a bit early so our room wasn't quite ready so they upgraded us which was lovely. Nice and clean, spacious bedrooms and fantastic access to Cabot Circus car park and city amenities. Would recommend! "

"A flaff to gett in, code given to main door but no indo on room or room code. Had ro ring service. At the time there was room in the car park ( it is advertised as free car park, but its a first come basis.) Carpet on stairwell needed a clean. Flat was spotless and amemities ok but coffee pods were only 4 for two nights Overall it was ok but expensive. "

"We loved the Brooks Guesthouse because of the city centre location, friendly staff and well appointed rooms. Although the rooms are inevitably small, given the location, maximum use is made of the available space. We plan to stay here whenever we are in Bristol."

"A beautiful well cared for hotel. the staff were very helpful and courteous. I particularly enjoyed the beautiful decor and the lovely room and bedding quality. the aroma/ scent along the corridor to my room was fresh and clean. A very nice touch to have Easter bunny biscuits on Good Friday in the foyer. 🙂"
