"We really enjoyed our stay at the Shinagawa Prince Hotel. The rooms (twin room) can feel a bit tight for families, but the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is connected to a lot of things like a theater, the Aqua park and a food court, which is convenient if you have small children. The Shinagawa station is also really close by. Most of all, the staff were amazing. Our toddler was very sick and they earnestly did their best to help me find a clinic or hospital and evidently arranged for...

"Locate in the city center and walk to station in 5 min. The carpet in the hallway need to be cleaned or changed. It looks old and stained. The room is spacious. There is a small scratch in the sink. Some food esp. fruits will not be available if you arrive late that 9:30."
