"I stayed for 1 night whilst visiting Liverpool. I booked this hotel as I was travelling as a family with 2 teenagers and they had family rooms which had 2 separate bedrooms. The hotel is directly next to the train station so you do hear a lot of noise from the announcements. The hotel is very nice a little dated in some areas but clean and they did provide a lovely buffet breakfast. However when we arrived at the hotel our room wasn't ready due to maintenance so we went out for the day. When we...

"Great hotel, great location, parking onsite free. Rooms are small but have everything you need for a couple of nights, bathroom very small if you are a larger person. Lovely breakfast buffet choice. Had a great stay."

"Nice room. Nice size. Wood rather when a Family Room is booked we could choose if there is an actual bed or sofa bed. A sofa bed is not appropriate for our teen son."

"This is quite an old property. The room is a reasonable size and clean with a comfy bed. Shower room is very small and no toiletries included. Hotel is not staffed in the evening or overnight. Breakfast available but no other meals or drinks. Housekeeping change towels but don't make the bed or wash cups etc. More like serviced rooms than a hotel. "

"all good really, Just upset on the friday night there was no bar open. We had to go to petrol station to buy wine instead and had it in our room. Reception very friendly. Also no signs on the main road to say where the hotel was. Its set back from main road but address says edge lane. Its behind shell garage if we knew that it would have been big help."
