"We stayed for the London landmarks half marathon, as a member of park plaza, we got an upgrade on the room! Which was a nice high floor! Unfortunately it was facing another room! The room wasn’t serviced during our two nights stay, the bed was okay but seemed like a double. Breakfast was expensive but wasn’t really worth the £25pp. The staff for the bar were great!"

"Excellent hotel experience. We stayed here twice on this trip. During the first stay, our room was smaller and the sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable. However, when we returned for the second stay, despite booking the same type of room, we found it more spacious with a much improved mattress. The breakfast is fantastic, offering a wide variety of options, and the location is very convenient."

"I travel for work a lot but this was a personal trip! I judge hotels on weird little things like plug sockets/usb charge points by the bed, a good shower and being super clean! This place has these! I paid a small extra for a view of the park see the included photo this was not impressive hence why they only got 4 stars. It wasn’t worth the time and effort to correct this while we were there for one night. "
