"I stayed at the Loews 1 night and was very satisfied and can recommend this property. Only 2 feedback points.. checkin and receptions gets busy and waiting times can be longer ( 10 minutes) and it was a little intriguing that beach chairs are included in the room but not the umbrella."

"The staff at the front desk were just as a matter of fact. Not nice, not rude, not anything. Just there! No personality. They never communicated I’d have to carry my luggage up 3 floors because the elevators were not working in the Taft. The best part about this property was the cleanliness and comfort so thank you to the hardworking cleaning staff who had no working elevators to get on all floors to clean them. "

"The Tony Hotel offers an absolutely perfect location for a stay in Miami Beach! Convenient to the beach, Ocean Ave, the Art Deco district and more… very clean but showing some signs of wear (our sink had a plumbing problem and soaked everything in the bathroom). So fun to stay in a unique and non-corporatized place!"
