Metro public transport was nearby just across the road which was great and very convenient. The surrounding area around the hotel was not so nice. It was surprising to experience a large amount of trash and fly tipping in the area, along with a number of rough sleepers in the area. "Excellent location within walking distance of Nishiki market and other areas. Room was spacious, we could have both our suitcases open and still have space. Bed was firm, pillows were ok. Bathroom is standard small size but functional. Onsen - is more of a hot tub rather than a normal onsen so is more chlorinated and it bubbles. Hotel doesn’t offer luggage transfer service, and the nearby 7/11 wasn’t able to help so we had to take our luggage to one that was around a 10-15 min walk away. "
