"Good: Very clean property with easy parking. Bad: paid for breakfast buffet in the morning and they gave us a buffet card. Girlfriend wanted to show it to the staff before she got her plate but they were ignored her. However, when I went to get breakfast from the buffet they asked me for a buffet card. I wonder why..."

The hotel is right next to the train, and our initial room was right on the tracks, so it would have been a little noisy (though to be fair, it’s actually quite well soundproofed, all things considered. It’s not awful, and if you have earplugs, it’s fine). We did ask to switch rooms to one on the other side of the property anyway, because no harm in asking, and they were super helpful and responsive and ended up having one open room that we switched to away from the train. "Everything was perfect . Housekeeping and staff were wonderful. My only complaint was that the swimming pool bathrooms were very dirty and i thought the water in the pool appeared to be a bit cloudy"

"Stayed the weekend here and would definitely recommend. Located in the perfect area to walk to restaurants bars and shops. Parking garage right next door makes parking seamless, and the rates were on the lower end which is always nice when in BK. Staff was friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. "Awful experience. Hotel renovations were overrunning when I arrived, so hotel was closed. Rudely and without proper explanation was forced to move to a completely different brand hotel, late at night without assistance. Zero compassion from the hotel, zero attempt to apologise, and zero compensation. A huge thumbs down from both the hotel itself, and Hotels.com, who didn't seem to understand or care about the situation either "
